PSALM 121

 I will lift up my eyes to the mountains;

    Where does my help come from?

2 My help comes from the Lord,

Who made heaven and earth.

3 He will not allow your foot to slip,

He who keeps you will not sleep.

4 Behold, he will neither slumber nor sleep

The one who keeps Israel.

5 The Lord is your keeper;

The Lord is your shadow at your right hand.

6 The sun will not wear you down by day,

Not the moon at night.

7 The Lord will keep you from all evil;

He will guard your soul.

8 Jehovah will guard your going out and your coming in

From now on and forever.

MATTHEW 6: 25-34

That is why I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor by your body, what will you wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the sky, they do not sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of much more value than they? And who of you, however anxious, can add an hour to the course of his life? And about the clothes, why do you worry? See how the lilies of the field grow; They do not work, nor do they spin; but I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was dressed like one of these And if God thus dresses the grass of the field, which is today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not do much more for you? men of little faith?

Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat? or `` what will we drink? or `` what will we wear?

For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; that your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.…

HEBREW 4:16

Let us then confidently come to the throne of grace, to obtain mercy, and find grace for the opportune help.
